Prior to becoming chief executive officer of CoopMetrics and director of the AEBC, Rosemary Mahoney worked as a consultant on international cooperative development projects and cooperative business development projects in the United States.
Ms. Mahoney was a founding partner of MainStreet Cooperative Group, LLC., director of New Venture Development for Cooperative Solutions, LLC., and executive director of Cooperative Development Services (CDS).
At present, Ms. Mahoney serves on the boards of directors of the National Cooperative Business Association, NCB (formerly known as the National Cooperative Bank), NCB Capital Impact, National Cooperative Grocers Association, Thanexus, Inc. and the Cooperative Development Institute.

Wilson H. Beebe, Jr. is chair of the AEBC, and president of Thanexus, Inc., a funeral home practice management cooperative. Mr. Beebe simultaneously serves as the chief executive officer of the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, representing 650 businesses, providing traditional government affairs, education and communications services to its members.
Currently serving as 2nd vice chair of the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA), Mr. Beebe is a trustee of the Association Master Trust, the largest self-insured multiple employer welfare arrangement in New Jersey, and previously served as a director of the New Jersey Small Employer Health Board, the state agency with regulatory authority over one-third of the total New Jersey health insurance market.

John O'Neill is a partner in the Legislative and Government Affairs practice group of the law firm Venable LLP. Mr. O'Neill counsels clients on a wide array of legislative and public policy issues with a heavy focus on tax, health care, insurance and financial services, as well as pension, employee benefit and compensation matters.
Prior to joining Venable, Mr. O'Neill served as policy director and counsel in the Office of the Senate Minority Whip Trent Lott and as tax and pension counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance under Chairman Charles Grassley.
Prior to joining the Finance Committee, Mr. O'Neill was in private practice with the Washington law firm of Davis & Harman where he focused on financial product and company taxation and ERISA and employee benefits law.
Mr. O'Neill is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
